Lighting Rebate Program

With the exception of new construction, all commercial and industrial customers, regardless of company size, are eligible to receive rebates for upgrading their lighting systems to more energy-efficient technologies.

Small Business Energy Advantage

Provides turnkey, energy-saving products and services for small business customers, including incentives for retrofit lighting measures and other eligible energy-efficiency measures.

Small industrial and commercial loan programs

Provides an interest-free loan for the installation of electric energy-saving measures. Maximum loan is $100,000; minimum $5,000 with a six-year loan payback period.

Energy Conscious Construction/Energy Blueprint

For customers planning new buildings, remodeling or large renovation projects, this program can reduce capital and operating costs by helping evaluate energy-saving upgrades during the early planning stages.

Custom Services

For electrical and HVAC needs, CL&P can identify specific needs and provide custom solutions, as well as arrange for technical assistance and provide cash incentives to upgrade the efficiency of equipment.
