Municipal Buildings Program
For municipalities that use abundant amounts of electricity to provide power to schools, public safety facilities, office buildings, waste-water treatment plants and other public structures, this program offers technical and financial assistance through energy-efficiency improvements to existing municipally owned buildings and facilities. CL&P will share up to 50% of the cost to install cost-effective energy efficiency measures, and other incentives may also include 0% financing options.
